A registered nurse begins each home assessment with a room-by-room inspection and discussion of the client’s needs. Next, we design a customized home-care plan to address the need and provide solutions for any unresolved issues preventing the client from living a high-quality life. Only then do we send out our nurses and certified home health aides to execute the care plan. Unlike other agencies, we don’t stop there. We believe in eliminating overwhelm and worry through our unique “follow up and follow through” multi-point check in system. We place a premium on listening to our clients and being there every step of the way.
